As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and superior experience to our customers who are collecting their new Tesla. You will bepart of the front-of-house team who supports sales and delivery activities, specifically acting as a delivery handover expert who can answer any questions that our customers may have about their new car. At Tesla, we believe that every customer deserves a frictionless and exceptional experience with their Tesla vehicle, your primary focus will be on providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that each customer feels valued, heard, and supported.

You are driven by the mission of Tesla to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You are part of a larger sales and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all tasks. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets. 

What You'll Do

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, providing a positive and memorable first impression.
  • Assist with the delivery process, including showing customers to their vehicle and providing a final check-out experience.
  • Provide customers with a product orientation, highlighting key features and providing guidance on how to operate the vehicle and use its various features ahead of driving away in their new car.
  • Verify and confirm all required documents are present and in order prior to delivery.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure each vehicle meets Tesla's high standards for quality.
  • Act as a point of contact for post-sale inquiries, providing assistance and support as required.
  • Liaise with the delivery team, ensuring that customers are kept up-to-date on their vehicle's progress and receive regular updates on delivery timelines.
  • Where necessary be on hand to support the facilitation of test drives, highlighting the vehicle's capabilities, safety features, and performance characteristics.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, providing an excellent customer experience that is reflective of Tesla's values.


  • What You'll Bring

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
  • Strong knowledge of Tesla's products, including vehicles, solar panels, and energy storage solutions.
  • Ability to communicate information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required.
  • Hold a Valid EU Driving License
