  • Direct leadership of Associate Managers and maintenance crews covering 24/7 operating capability; set clear expectations and hold leaders accountable for uptime, repair quality, and production support

  • Own equipment operation availability and % OEE improvement; develop systems to track shop conditions and identify key areas of improvement across assigned areas

  • Drive breakdown management standards distinguishing short-term recovery from long-term corrective actions, with systems to prevent repeat occurrences

  • Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, PM/TPM programs, and schedules for existing and future equipment; ensure a safe work culture and continuous safety improvement

  • Own spare parts and specialized tooling strategy with inventory management; ensure critical coverage, ordering discipline, and accurate tracking systems; assist with budget development, reporting, and contract service coordination

  • Build relationships with Sustaining Engineering and cross-functional leaders on quality, production efficiency, ergonomics, and equipment issues; train, develop, and manage the maintenance organization and report equipment status as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field preferred; 9+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, including 4+ years leading multi-crew or multi-shift teams

  • Proven experience in all facets of manufacturing maintenance supporting sustainable production and new model and/or equipment introduction

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and department leaders on part quality, production efficiency, work cell ergonomics, and equipment maintenance

  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and management skills with the ability to be an innovator and change agent

  • Experience managing maintenance organizations through a CMMS (Flux, SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent) and owning maintenance budgets, contractor coordination, and KPI reporting (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM Compliance)

  • Strong technical knowledge of automated manufacturing equipment and processes; high-volume semiconductor, solar, battery, or automotive background preferred

  • Capability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally; travel will vary based on launch timing
