Inbound Call Specialist (m/w/d) – Berlin

What to Expect

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inbound Sales Specialist to handle sales calls that cannot be answered by retail stores during peak hours. This role is critical to ensure no customer inquiry is missed, maintaining high service levels, and driving sales conversion. The specialist will manage inbound calls with professionalism, accuracy, and speed, ensuring every conversation is logged correctly in our system.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming sales calls, messages and emails that are not picked up by retail stores during operating hours (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

• Log in to the company CRM/system promptly at the start of the shift and ensure availability

• Document each call in the system with full details: customer name, contact info, vehicle interest, key conversation points, objections, and next steps

• Maintain 100% call logging accuracy to support sales tracking and follow-up

• Work efficiently under pressure to ensure fast response times and minimal wait for customers

• Collaborate with store teams and Inside Sales to ensure seamless handover and consistent customer experience

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in customer service or sales support (call center or retail preferred)

• Strong communication and active listening skills in German (and English if applicable)

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote)

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, 3 shifts available: 8:00 am-5:00 pm, 9:00 am-6:00pm, 10:00 am-7:00 pm

• Advanced German language skills are needed
