About the role

What to Expect
We’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner who thrives at the intersection of facilitation and execution. You’ll work with leaders and teams to build capability, strengthen culture, and deliver learning experiences that drive measurable results across your site and assigned business units. This role blends facilitation, coordination, and design: from supporting New Hire Orientation to designing and delivering development programs. You’ll help translate organizational needs into learning that improves performance today.
The role combines training facilitation, learning consultation, and systems-thinking. You’ll be expected to build immersive experiences and tools that translate organizational needs into learning that improves performance today and builds capability for tomorrow. Approximately 35% New Hire Orientation and onboarding facilitation and coordination; approximately 65% coordination, design, delivery, and program support.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and facilitate the new-hire experience in person and virtually. Manage run-of-show, new-hire communication, and logistics, and support measurement and iteration so every new hire leaves Day 1 with clarity, connection, and confidence
  • Lead in-person and online sessions on leadership, communication, motivation, and culture building. Facilitate to leaders and adapt content and delivery to a range of leader audiences while maintaining consistency across sessions
  • Apply frameworks such as ADDIE and 4MAT to design and build engaging, outcome-based learning. Partner with stakeholders and senior partners to translate business needs into effective learning solutions
  • Provide project coordination and delivery support across People Development initiatives, keeping work on track and helping demonstrate its value
  • Use Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation (primarily Levels 1 and 2, building toward behavior change) to assess effectiveness and identify improvements
  • Consult with leaders and HR partners for your site and assigned units to identify development needs and connect them to available resources

What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or HR in dynamic, fast-paced, high-change environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or certification (ICF, ATD, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred
  • Proven ability to design, measure, and deliver end-to-end training programs with full ownership over the ADDIE process
  • Experience owning end-to-end execution, including orientation, logistics, communication, and evaluation
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal tools
