What to Expect
As a Logistics Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing global logistics operations across EMEA and beyond. You will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and continuous improvement of material shipments from Europe—serving as the primary fulfiller for EMEA and a secondary fulfiller globally.
With a strong analytical foundation and strategic mindset, you will drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, implementing data-driven solutions, and delivering measurable cost savings and service improvements. You’ll operate within a dynamic, international environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of components worldwide.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex supply chains, leverages data to influence decisions, and takes ownership of logistics performance from strategy to execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own operational & tactical shipment planning (Europe → EMEA & globally), ensuring on-time, cost-efficient delivery.
- Identify and deliver measurable cost savings through route optimization, carrier strategy, and freight model innovation.
- Lead TMS management, KPI dashboards, and process improvements to enhance visibility and performance.
- Spearhead carrier onboarding, tendering, and supplier evaluation with focus on compliance, risk, and value.
- Act as a trusted logistics partner—proactively resolving issues, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring service excellence.
- Ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination with finance and audit teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in logistics operations, supply chain analytics, or transportation planning at a senior level
- Minimum experience of 4-6 years, experience in automotive is a high plus
- Expertise in TMS platforms and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, SAP, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural, international setting
- Track record of driving cost savings, process improvements, and operational resilience
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates are expected to uphold and actively promote sustainability principles in their daily work, operating in line with Tesla Global Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) Policy and EMAS requirements, fostering a culture of continuous environmental improvement.
