What to Expect

As Café General Manager, you will lead the daily operations of multiple café and dining locations within a dynamic corporate environment. This role is responsible for delivering an elevated hospitality experience while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and strong client partnerships. You will oversee a team of managers and associates, collaborate closely with culinary leadership, and help shape innovative food and workplace hospitality programs that reflect Tesla's culture and high standards. Role will require up to 25% travel.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple café and dining locations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent service standards
• Lead, develop, and mentor a diverse team of managers and frontline associates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and cross-functional partners
• Partner with culinary leadership to develop creative, high-quality menus and dining experiences
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and overall accountability
• Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining a strong focus on food quality, hospitality, and presentation
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operational standards

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of progressive foodservice or hospitality management experience, including multi-unit oversight
• Experience in high-volume corporate dining, hospitality, or catering environments
• Proven success managing budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills
• Passion for hospitality, culinary innovation, and team development
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or equivalent experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong service culture
