As a Lease Maturity Customer Support Specialist, you will help manage Tesla’s EMEA leasing program. Along with acting as a primary point of contact for customers on more complex inquires, you will also collaborate with internal and external Tesla teams to service the portfolio.
The right person for this job is experienced with customer support, organized, detailed-oriented, problem-solving and have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment. A successful candidate will be ready to take on more responsibilities related to operational efficiency and project management. Communication skills are key in this role as you will be working with customers and peers across Tesla. This position is located either in our Amsterdam HQ office or in Berlin, the role is open is both locations.
