What To Expect
We’re seeking a Customer Engagement Lead in Ireland to help us succeed across communications and events within in the Irish market This role requires strong communication skills, forecasting, planning and initiatives to bring our brand to life through activations and events.

The Customer Engagement Lead will be responsible for overseeing our press fleet of vehicles, as well as delivering on a calendar of events regionally across Ireland, working with the respective sales teams. They will be able to find new opportunities working with influencers and content creators to showcase our product line-up and unique features, as well as finding opportunities to showcase these products in the real world at events.

The ideal candidate will have an ability to work with stakeholders both internally and external to the business, pairing events to solutions that the sales organisation within Tesla wish to achieve. Furthermore they will have experience creating solutions for post-event engagement with the sales team, ensuring buy-in and follow-ups for leads generated at events in a timely manner.

The role will sit within Tesla Ireland reporting to the Market Lead, working closely with wider organisation and the wider UK and Ireland Customer Engagement team.

What You'll Do

Take ownership of our press fleet of Tesla vehicles across the country, organising these and their insurance agreements with third parties.

Pitch proactive stories and reviews to varied media and influencers, including but not limited lifestyle, automotive and tech primarily focused on regions in IE as well as on national campaigns.

Seek out opportunities for a calendar of events and campaigns across the Tesla ecosystem, working with colleagues in Sales, Energy and Supercharging.

Strategically plan, execute and follow-up with our events into a cohesive strategy end-to-end.

Handle coverage reports and updates, analysing quality and quantity of coverage achieved per quarter.

Forecast, budget for and set targets for our events, seeking out ways of achieving these.

Understand and build relationships with external vendors for event space, stand builds, local councils or more as required.

What You'll Bring

Travel is required for this role to our events, which will be covered by Tesla’s expenses policy.

Experience with events and press or media relations background is a must-have.

Ability to work in a dynamic and very fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail on all projects whilst maintaining a focus on speed of execution.

A full valid Drivers License within Ireland is required for this role, as vehicle movements will be required.

The role will be based in Dublin Sandyford, with frequent travel around Dublin and further afield nationally (approx. 30% role travelling).
