The internship assignment:

You'll be part of our Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg
Procurement team working from our brand new Gigafactory near Berlin. As part of
your internship your main tasks will be mainly divided into two main parts,
letting you be part of even more business and getting insight into two
different fields.

1. Operational management of the EMEA logistics Procurement processes,
   management of all rates maintenance and disputes and improvement of processes.

2. Support on procurement project management for logistics and Packaging
   commodities (gathering needs, market research, assessing offers).

What You’ll Do

• Understanding of the Procure to Pay process.

• Procurement project management: analysis, definition of the needs, RFx - negotiation and basic understanding of contracting.

• Follow-up meetings with suppliers related to the procurement of goods and services.

• Analysis of spend data across multiple spend categories.

• Working in an international Environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Studying in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Process Engineering.

• Fluency in English, German is a plus.

• Capable of working in a fast paced and always changing environment.

• Strong Analytical mindset and problem-solving oriented.

• Ability to keep an overview and improve processes.

• Candidates are expected to uphold and actively promote sustainability principles in their daily work, operating in line with Tesla Global Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) Policy and EMAS requirements, fostering a culture of continuous environmental improvement.
