This role requires a blend of physical capability, technical aptitude, and interpersonal finesse—someone who can seamlessly transition from assembling furniture to auditing inventory, managing logistics, and supporting cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble, move, and reconfigure office furniture and equipment to support workspace changes and relocations
- Conduct regular audits of office assets and owned spaces to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support event setup, logistics, and execution, including coordination with culinary and janitorial teams
- Manage indirect mail programs, including sorting, labeling, and dispatching internal communications
- Operate pallet jacks, electric movers, and fork trucks (when trained) to transport materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records in digital systems for tasks, hours worked, and inventory tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving employee requests quickly and proactively
What You’ll Bring
- 1-3 years’ experience in facilities logistics or office operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills with proven multitasking in fast-paced environments
- Physically capable of lifting carrying and moving equipment up to 50 lbs. safely
- Demonstrated customer service excellence focused on responsiveness problem-solving and proactive support
- Proficient with basic computer systems and digital tools for task tracking work logging and operational reporting
- Familiarity with 5S or similar lean organizational methodologies a valuable plus
- Flexible availability including weekends overtime and variable shifts plus preferred forklift/pallet jack certification internal logistics or event/facility coordination experience
