What To Expect
The Document Generation Specialist is integral in the customer vehicle experience. In this role, the individual will be coordinating with internal stakeholders and working with proprietary tools to assist in North America vehicle deliveries and moving the world into the future.

This role requires a high level of flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume, dynamic environment. AM, PM, and weekend shift positions available.

What You'll Do

Prepare and submit high volume of vehicle contracts ensuring a high level of quality

Coordinates with internal teams to ensure all required documents pertaining to the transaction are complete and accurate

Records information and ensures data quality in multiple Tesla proprietary systems

Serves as a subject matter expert on vehicle taxes and fees by geography, keeping abreast of changes as they are announced

Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs

What You'll Bring

1+ years’ related to data entry experience preferred

High level of integrity and accountability

Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively within the team, cross collaboration with other departments, as well as management

Ability to work independently and think creatively with a proven track record of success

Readiness to work on a flexible schedule, according to business needs

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to adapt to frequent change
