What to Expect

The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business objectives, drive process improvements, and ensure effective communication of policies and procedures across the organization.

This role is for you if you are used to and enjoy solving hard problems, you have a maniacal sense of urgency and roll up your sleeves to get things done. A daily routine doesn’t exist in our fast-paced environment, which is why you must adapt to new circumstances regularly.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple operational projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, and alignment with organizational goals

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational programs, recommending and implementing improvements as needed

• Connect with relevant stakeholders and build cross-functional relationships at all levels within Tesla, from the production floor to top management

• Act as a liaison between the organization and external auditors, regulators, or consultants

• Show high adaptability and eagerness to handle extra duties and responsibilities, supporting different areas of the organization beyond their main tasks when the criticality justifies it

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years working in project management OR a clear display of excellence and outstanding achievements when experience is missing

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and confidentiality

• Can-do attitude and a heightened sense of urgency

• Willingness to work on difficult challenges and projects regardless of discipline. 50% travel based on business needs

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present complex information clearly
