We are seeking a multi-faceted Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible for all aspects of identifying, analyzing, root causing, developing/designing and implementing countermeasures and reporting on issues affecting various vehicle systems like Exteriors, Interiors, Lights, Body, IP, etc. The Fleet Root Causing Engineering team’s mission is to improve customer experience of Tesla products by eliminating fleet issues, in collaboration with a large cross-section of other engineering teams. Engineers on the team are responsible for one or more vehicle systems for Model S/X/3/Y, Cybertruck, Semi and future programs.
