What To Expect
Tesla is accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy, and the Tesla Semi plays a critical role in that mission. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Content and Demand Generation Program Manager to lead efforts for the Tesla Semi, with a primary focus on driving product awareness, education, and demand for the Semi.

This role will own product positioning, customer education, and customer engagement, emphasizing the benefit the EV Tesla Semi provides over and above a Diesel. You will collaborate closely with product and program management, IT, engineering, sales, and regional teams to accelerate adoption and position Tesla as the leader in heavy duty trucking.

To meet the goals for this role you will need to be highly motivated with exceptional management and organizational skills. A technical background is key given how closely you will be working across a broad group of engineering teams. Additionally, quick thinking and sound judgement under pressure is required. Finally, we are revolutionizing the world with this product, bringing high motivation and excitement is a must.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to build awareness and generate demand for the Tesla Semi
  • Create compelling content and messaging that highlights the benefits of the Tesla EV Semi
  • Lead product announcements, in-app experiences, campaign planning, content creation, demand gen communications, showroom retail experiences, and sales enablement materials
  • Drive digital campaigns, partnerships, events, and educational content
  • Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and sales data to provide insights for stakeholders, iterate on strategies and inform product roadmaps


  • What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Engineering or Technology or equivalent experience
  • Experience in product marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or automotive space
  • Excellent communication skills with experience crafting both technical and consumer messaging
  • Ability to be resourceful, and autonomously drive solutions in ambiguous problem spaces  
  • Exceptional analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment on several different projects     
  • Driven and willing to undertake great challenges, and to manage development & validation projects across a variety of programs and initiatives, often with conflicting or overlapping priorities
