About the role
What to Expect
The Supply Chain Program Manager drives cross-functional execution to ensure material readiness and protect production continuity. This role acts as the central integrator across PCBA GSM, Component SCM, Supplier Industrialization Engineering, Planning, and Manufacturing to lead daily shortage management, enforce accountability, and accelerate resolution of supply constraints.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily shortage review calls, driving ownership, actions, and timelines
- Ensure end-to-end shortage resolution, including escalation and recovery planning
- Align supply chain readiness with program build schedules and production ramps
- Monitor key metrics including shortages, past dues, and clear-to-build (CTB) status
- Drive cross-functional coordination across GSM, SCM, SIE, Planning, and Manufacturing
- Develop and execute mitigation strategies (expedites, alternates, buffers)
- Provide clear updates to leadership on supply risks and recovery progress
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in supply chain, program management, or operations roles
- Proven experience managing shortages and driving recovery in production environments
- Strong understanding of CTB monitoring and supply-demand alignment
- Experience working cross-functionally in complex, fast-paced environments
- Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability
- Strong communication and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain tools
