This is your chance to make a real difference, fast.

Your Opportunity:

  • Strategically research and identify high-potential target accounts for outbound campaigns to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Act swiftly on inbound leads, turning initial interest into sales-qualified opportunities and accelerating pipeline creation.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to shape and execute territory attack plans—scheduling key meetings and product demos.
  • Partner with Marketing to amplify the impact of webinars and events—owning outreach, invitations, and follow-ups to drive engagement across the full funnel.
  • Represent Tenable at in-person events as needed, supporting field engagement and lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain precise, up-to-date records in CRM systems to ensure data accuracy across your region.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement—refining messaging, testing new tools, and sharing actionable feedback to boost team performance.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned to support broader business goals.

What You'll Need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development roles, with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure—managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.

Even Better If You Have:

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • A Bachelor’s degree.
