We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Integration Analyst who is passionate about healthcare data and eager to support our mission. The Senior Integration Analyst will play a critical role in deploying and supporting Epic integrations, with a strong focus on Epic Aura. This role will partner closely with internal teams, Epic, and external healthcare organizations to deliver seamless connectivity for ordering, results, and data exchange. The analyst will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and implementing Epic interfaces and workflows, ensuring stability and scalability as Tempus expands its clinical and lab data integrations.Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design, build, and deployment of Epic integrations, particularly through Aura, supporting ordering, results delivery, and data sharing workflows.

  • Collaborate with hospital IT teams, Epic representatives, and internal stakeholders to define requirements and deliver integration solutions.

  • Configure and validate HL7, FHIR, and API-based interfaces, ensuring compliance with industry standards and partner requirements.

  • Conduct end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and validation of interfaces and data flows.

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Epic Aura connectivity and provide guidance to project managers, analysts, and engineers.

  • Support go-live events, monitor integration performance, and resolve production issues in partnership with internal support teams.

  • Document workflows, specifications, and best practices for repeatable deployments.Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare integration, with at least 3 years working with Epic interfaces.

  • Direct experience with Epic Aura deployments and workflows.

  • Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, and Epic interoperability tools.

  • Proven track record of supporting clinical or lab ordering and results interfaces.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Nice to Have:

  • Epic certification in Beaker, Interconnect, Bridges, Care Everywhere, or related modules.

  • Experience with hereditary, oncology, lab workflows, or clinical decision support integrations.

$100,000 - $140,000

The expected salary range above is applicable if the role is performed from Illinois and may vary for other locations (California, Colorado, New York). Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. Tempus offers a full range of benefits, which may include incentive compensation, restricted stock units, medical and other benefits depending on the position.
