We are looking for a Clinical Lab Associate who will be responsible for Accessioning samples into our Laboratory Information Management System.

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday (9:00am-5:30pm)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for package receipt, unpacking, and specimen intake.

• Responsible for initial sample quality and requirement review.

• Responsible for order creation/entry, modifying existing orders, and specimen accessioning.

• Responsible for scanning, uploading, and storing patient documents.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with other laboratory employees and the customer

success team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field preferred.

• Computer proficiency and strong data entry skills with knowledge of standard software, office

equipment, and technology.

• Highly organized and systematic, superb attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks with a

high degree of accuracy.

• Shows initiative and ability to work as part of a high-level team while working independently on

mission-critical tasks.

• Proven ability to follow complex directions, learn new skills quickly and adapt to new processes

smoothly.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
