6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Analysis, Project Operations, or a similar role in a software/project environment.

Strong requirements skills: user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, workflow/process mapping.

Working knowledge of agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), backlog grooming, and sprint ceremonies.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
