Position: Process Associate
Role: Processor
Job Location: Pune
Shifts: Flexible with rotational shifts including night nights
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1-7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Process New Business and Renewal activities within defined KPIs and SLAs
• Maintain compliance with process guidelines and quality standards
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
• Continuously upskill through training and development opportunities

Domain Skills:

• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain
• Preferred: Certification in US Insurance (e.g., AINS, CPCU)

General Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in P&C Insurance process in New Business and Renewals
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong prioritization skills
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experience
