Job Description

· Design and build responsive email templates using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio and Content Builder

· Develop emails using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript following best practices

· Ensure cross-client and cross-device compatibility (Outlook, Gmail, mobile, etc.)

· Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and data teams to support campaign requirements

· Personalize and dynamically render content using subscriber attributes and da ta extensions

· Support email deployment within Journey Builder and automation workflows

· Troubleshoot rendering, tracking, and delivery issues

· Maintain and update reusable email templates and components

· Ensure compliance with branding, accessibility, and email deliverability standards

Participate in QA testing and pre-send validation
