Product Owner- Product Development

Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Experience in product analysis, product development, product management

• Experience in business analysis, domain consulting, particularly in pricing would be an added advantage

• Experience in requirement gathering, user stories creation, product backlog management, functional designing

• Experience in UX design thinking, prototyping, and conducting design thinking workshops

• Ability to interpret analytical and simulation outputs.

• Experience driving multi-region product rollouts with localization.

• Experience coordinating with cross functional teams Data Science, UX Design, Backend integration to deliver integrated

analytics driven solutions.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Exposure to statistical modelling, machine learning, artificial intelligence

• Collaborate with different teams to conceptualize the business requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the concepts to both

technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in logistics / pricing domain (nice to have)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing product backlogs, user stories and feature release roadmap

• Analyze business needs and translate them into requirements and specifications can be understood by technical team.

• Consulting customer stakeholders on AI and Digital Twin led transformations

• Conducting workshops with business to understand as-is processes and analyze pain points

• Developing use cases, prototypes, and benefit realization roadmap for customers

• Leading customer POCs/Pilots in collaboration with customer organization and Product engineering team

Education:

• Bachelor's degree

Salary Range: $140000 - $200000 a year
