Job Description

Role: Tech Lead
Required technical skill set: Full stack development on Spring Boot
Must have skills:
Strong development experience in all aspects of Spring Boot, i.e. Rest Services, Data/JPA , Spring Security, Spring Cloud
Advanced level development skills in Java

Hands-on development knowledge in Oracle PLSQL:

Hands-on development knowledge in any leading JavaScript/UI framework , i.e. ReactJS, Angular
Comfortable in Unit testing framework (Junit)
Well acquainted in Java CICD process, preferably on Jenkins
Exposure to containerization on Docker, Kubernetes
Exposure to cloud-based deployment , e.g., AWS, Azure would be desirable
Good to have skills:
Backend Development
Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11/17+
Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud

Strong experience in REST API Development:

Good understanding of Microservices Architecture:

Experience with Hibernate/JPA:

Strong knowledge of Core Java, Collections, Multithreading, and Design Patterns
Frontend Development
Hands-on experience in ReactJS (Preferred) or Angular
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
Experience in developing responsive and reusable UI components
Database
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL

Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL:

Database design, query optimization, and performance tuning
Roles and responsibilities:
Should be able to design and develop solutions on Spring Boot stack in end-to-manner
Should be able to own technical deliverables of one or more scrum teams , including own development items and guiding team members
Should be leading conversation with customers for technical deliverables
