The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Schedules:

• Saturday, Sunday, Monday 6AM - 6PM
• Saturday, Sunday, Monday 6PM - 6AM
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4PM - 2AM

Leaders in this role are expected to provide schedule flexibility based on business needs, including arriving 60 to 90 minutes before shift start and remaining 30 to 60 minutes after shift end.

About you:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including the mezzanine platforms
• Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems and other programs within the Distribution Center, for example, ability to traverse conveyor crossovers
