PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the addition and removal of assets during new store setups, remodels, and capital replacement projects.
• Assist in documenting and updating asset information in line with standard operating procedures.
• Support review of engineering drawings and specifications to support accurate asset entries.
• Support ad hoc requests related to asset management as assigned by the Manager.
• Support correct interpretation and application of asset naming, location data, and categorization.
• Follow guidance from the Manager in executing assigned requests and tasks.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness in all submitted documentation and asset entries.
• Support the implementation of standard procedures in asset tracking and validation activities.
• Work closely with team members in India and HQ to support asset updates and validations.
• Communicate clearly and promptly on task status or blockers.
• Adapt to project-specific tools and platforms as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of Engineering drawings and documentation
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to platforms/tools required by the business
• Willingness to support high-volume executional work with accuracy
• Self-motivated and able to work with Manager’s direction
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in reading Engineering plans and MEP drawings
• Working knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD/Revit/ Microstation
• Strong attention to detail in asset tracking and validation
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Clear and effective communication
• Commitment to delivering accurate and complete work on time
