A DAY IN THE LIFE:

As a Territory Manager, you’ll team up with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to bring our innovative insulin pump therapy to patients and providers in your community. You’ll leverage your industry sales experience to meet or exceed sales goals through strategic business planning and customer identification. Your mission: grow the territory, build strong relationships, and help people living with diabetes thrive.

This is a field-based role based in the Little Rock, Arkansas area.

Please note that although candidate will be remote, the ideal candidate would live in the Little Rock area with the ability to travel to Northwest Arkansas regularly.

Territory Managers with Tandem also:

  • Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans.

  • Spot opportunities, open doors, and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals (MDs, DOs, RNs, CDEs, RPhs, etc.)  to create value.

  • Leverage advanced sales methodologies—including the Challenger Selling Model and Strategic Account Management—along with strong communication and collaboration skills to demonstrate value and accelerate revenue growth.

  • Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators.

  • Represent Tandem at events, conventions, and community outreach.

  • Keep your territory organized with accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer experiences.

  • Ensure work is performed in compliance with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3 years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care.

  • Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory; valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The base pay for this position is $89,200.00 - $109,000.00 annually, with a target earning potential of $164,200 - $184,000.00 annually. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate’s location and the overall job market. In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package and a robust benefits package.

Tandem offers health care benefits such as medical, dental, vision, health savings accounts and flexible saving accounts.  You’ll also receive 11 paid holidays per year, a minimum of 20 days of paid time off (starting in year 1) and have access to a 401k plan with company match.  Learn more about Tandem’s benefits here!
