A hands-on and business-focused People Business Partner with deep experience supporting Go to market and G&A functions—in fast-growing tech environments. Based in Portugal, this leader partners closely with leaders across EMEA to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership support, and scalable people solutions. They bring strong business acumen, a track record of execution, and the ability to influence and deliver outcomes across cultures and time zones.

Experience & Background

  • 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including 5+ years as a People Business Partner supporting technical organizations (Sales, GTM, FP&A, AI, or SaaS)

  • Experience supporting leaders and teams in countries within the EMEA regions, ideally within global, matrixed tech / growth companies

  • Demonstrated ability to execute organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives that meet business needs

  • Partnered on core people programs such as performance management, engagement, talent development, and employee experience

  • Strong track record of building trusted relationships with senior technical leaders and driving measurable business and people outcomes

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
