A hands-on and business-focused People Business Partner with deep experience supporting Go to market and G&A functions—in fast-growing tech environments. Based in Portugal, this leader partners closely with leaders across EMEA to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership support, and scalable people solutions. They bring strong business acumen, a track record of execution, and the ability to influence and deliver outcomes across cultures and time zones.
Experience & Background

10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including 5+ years as a People Business Partner supporting technical organizations (Sales, GTM, FP&A, AI, or SaaS)

Experience supporting leaders and teams in countries within the EMEA regions, ideally within global, matrixed tech / growth companies

Demonstrated ability to execute organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives that meet business needs

Partnered on core people programs such as performance management, engagement, talent development, and employee experience

Strong track record of building trusted relationships with senior technical leaders and driving measurable business and people outcomes

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
