Job Overview:
This role supports commission operations by improving processes and leading projects related to commission payouts. It involves analyzing commission procedures, reporting improvements, and serving as a liaison among internal partners including systems, testing, reporting, and compensation design. The role provides subject matter expertise and leads associate analysts to ensure accurate commission operations. Success is measured by effective process improvements, accurate commission payouts, and timely resolution of related issues. The work impacts the organization by enhancing commission accuracy and supporting internal collaboration for compensation management.
This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and will be based in Overland Park, KS. Job Responsibilities:

Develop and report on various commission-related reports to meet operational management needs

Conduct operational assessments to identify risks and gaps, proposing systematic solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and completion

Provide subject matter expertise and analytical support for commission-related projects and initiatives

Validate system data loads and commission payouts, assess impacts, and resolve payout issues

Serve as a liaison between internal partners including systems, testing, reporting, and compensation design

Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
-
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
-
2-4 years Commissions or Operations experience. (Preferred)

Operational or Commissions experience. (Preferred)
-
Wireless Telecom experience. (Preferred)

Retail field experience. (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Familiarity with compensation concepts or strong analytical experience in related fields (such as finance or operations). (Required)

Good customer service/client relationship management skills (Required)

Demonstrates troubleshooting skills (Required)

Ability to create effective working relationships with key business resources (Required)

Foundational understanding of financial trends (Required)

Good verbal and written communications skills (Required)

Ability to write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (Required)

Microsoft Excel skills (Required)

Ability to operate in Share Point, One Note, Power BI, and a Service Desk support tool environment (Required)

Base Pay Range: $59,900 - $108,200
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
