JOB SUMMARY

Computing Device Repair & Maintenance work includes:

• Performing general maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining an adequate spare parts inventory of systems, subsystems, and component parts used in repair work

• Preparing progress reports for all work performed

• Level: An Entry Para-Professional (S1) is an entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience.

• Work is routine or follows standard procedures.

• Work is closely supervised.

• Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
