We are looking for a QA Analyst to join our Mental Health products team. This is not a traditional testing role. We’re looking for someone who is deeply invested in product quality and user experience, and who wants to be involved from the earliest stages of product development, not just during testing. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, and AI teams to ensure we are building experiences that are not only functional, but truly meaningful for our members.

We operate at the intersection of technology, AI, and clinical science, and quality is critical: every interaction can have a real impact on someone’s wellbeing. You will be part of a cross-functional team working across mobile app, backend systems, and AI-driven experiences.
