The superpedestrian lives again

Finally got it to the point I can ride it, plus the LED throttle ring works and is phone controllable, it's decently easy to do, however there's some slight annoyances about it (stock brakes are normally closed instead of normally open, so need to swap those out still)

STM32: Logic Analyzer sees SWD Traffic - STlink sees nothing. What is going on?
