The Role Associate Territory Manager – Sports Medicine | Melbourne This is a rare opportunity to join Stryker’s Sports Medicine business in Melbourne, supporting our arthroscopic implants and sutures product range. You’ll partner with experienced Territory Managers and learn from the best, all while building surgeon relationships, supporting cases, and growing adoption across public and private hospitals. This role suits someone who learns fast, thrives off a challenge and is comfortable being accountable for results.

Whether you've started your career in pharmaceutical sales, practice clinically in allied health or play professional sport, if you want to accelerate your sales career in medical devices, this role offers the platform to do it.

What you'll do

Support growth: Partner with Territory Managers to help deliver revenue, share and mix targets through strategic field activity and customer support.

Own the room (and the theatre): Build credibility with surgeons and nursing teams; provide in‑theatre support and product expertise that elevates the surgical experience.

Collaborate internally: Work closely with Clinical, Marketing and adjacent Stryker divisions to deliver seamless customer outcomes.

Solve commercially: Assist in building tailored solutions that unlock customer value and accelerate adoption.

What you'll bring

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of successful experience in B2B sales, allied health, professional sport or similar

  • Strong commercial acumen and comfort working with numbers

  • Clear, confident communication skills across varied stakeholders

  • High learning agility with the ability to present, influence and support complex customer engagements

Preferred

  • Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Scientific or broader health sales

  • Understanding of Australia’s public and private hospital dynamics
