Power Apps Engineer at Stryker

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Canvas Apps within Microsoft Power Platform

• Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using Power Fx formulas

• Integrate applications with data sources such as Microsoft Dataverse, Share Point, Microsoft SQL Server, and other APIs

• Implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate

• Ensure performance optimization, security, and governance best practices

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications

• Support deployment processes and lifecycle management using solution management practices

• Document technical designs, data flows, and support procedures

What you will need:

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing applications in Microsoft Power Apps

• Strong hands-on experience specifically with Canvas Apps

• Proficiency in Power Fx formulas and app performance optimization

• Experience integrating with REST APIs and external systems

• Knowledge of relational data modeling and working with Microsoft Dataverse

• Experience with role-based security and environment management

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Model-Driven Apps within Microsoft Power Platform

• Familiarity with Azure services such as Microsoft Azure

• Understanding of DevOps practices and ALM strategies

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400)
