What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the go-to technical expert for our customers across Victoria,Melbourne and surrounding areas. Your work ensures that critical medical and surgical equipment performs flawlessly—because when it matters most, reliability saves lives.

• Deliver preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing of Stryker equipment at customer sites
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly—even in high-pressure clinical settings
• Build trusted relationships with hospital teams as their technical advisor
• Manage your own schedule and travel across the region with autonomy
• Collaborate with a supportive team to share knowledge and achieve goals
• Maintain accurate service documentation to meet compliance standards

What You Bring

• Experience with hands-on technical experience (mechanical, electrical, electronics, engineering, or trades)
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
