Basic Function

基幹システムへの入力・オーダー手配と倉庫への出荷指示を行い、日々届く注文書を適切に処理する。

顧客からの問合せに対しメール・電話で回答、受注センターの一員として業務委託会社と連携しながらカスタマーサービス業務を行う。

受注センターの役割全般を理解し、短期貸出ビジネスを中心とする受注処理業務の最適化をリードする。自動記帳率向上や処理時間短縮に向けた業務改善を策定し、顧客及び事業部に対するサービス向上を実現する。

Responsibilities:

  • サプライチェーンにおける受注・出荷~売上計上(Order To Cash )の全体プロセスの内、入力業務とオーダー手配に関連する各種問合せへの対応、受注処理業務全般を担当する
  • カスタマーサービス(受注業務全般、とくに短期貸出モデル)における社内外へのサービスの向上を行う
  • ワークフローをはじめとする社内申請案件の管理および付随する業務を行う
  • 顧客および他部署、業務委託会社からの問い合わせへの対応を行う
  • 必要に応じて顧客納期を満たせるよう作業優先度について調整を図る
  • より円滑な業務運営を志向し、各種業務プロセスや手順の改善及び標準化を実施する
  • 各種レポートの作成、集計業務を行う(Excel/Power BI等でのデータ集計や加工)
  • 社内関係部門、業務委託業者など関係者と良好な関係を構築し、協業体制を強化する
  • 安定した職場運営に寄与し、後進育成に協力する
  • 製品や社内各部署に関連する理解を自ら深め、会社の成長を支えるための行動を自発する
  • 医療機器ビジネスへの貢献をリードする(全般)

Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred:

  • 優先順位をチーム、上長に確認しながら業務遂行することができる
  • チーム及び社内外と円滑なコミュニケーションを持つことができる
  • リーダーシップをもって業務に取り組むことができる
  • 業務改善への取り組み意欲がある
  • 医療機器ビジネスに関する知識習得意欲がある
  • Customer Serviceもしくは営業アシスタントの経験があることが望ましい

Skills/Special Training Required

  • Logical Thinking Skill
  • Excel(関数)、Word、Power Point等のPCスキル
  • Power BI・SQL(Optional)
  • レポート作成能力があること

Basic Function

  • Input order information to system, proceed with releasing orders to warehouse, and process daily incoming orders.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers via email and telephone, and perform customer service duties in cooperation with the outsourcing company.
  • Understand the overall role of the order center and lead the optimization of order processing, focusing on STC business.
  • Develop business improvement plans to increase auto-book rate and reduce processing time and strive to improve services to customers and internal sales divisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all order processing tasks, including inputting data and responding to various inquiries related to order arrangements, within the entire process from receiving orders and shipping to recording sales (Order to Cash) in the supply chain.
  • Improve service to internal and external customers in general order processing (especially STC business)
  • Maintain workflow applications related to invoicing and perform related tasks.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, other departments, and outsourcing companies.
  • Adjust work priorities to meet customer deadlines.
  • Improve and standardize various business processes and procedures to ensure smoother business operations.
  • Prepare reports, compile and analyze data using Excel/Power BI, etc.
  • Build good relationships with related departments, outsourcing companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to stable workplace management and cooperate in mentoring the next generation.
  • Deepen your understanding of products and each department within the company and take the initiative to take action to support company’s sales growth.
  • Lead contributions to the medical device business (in general)

Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred:

  • Confirm priorities with manager and team members and carry out tasks accordingly.
  • Able to communicate well with team members, internal and external customers.
  • Able to work in a leadership role.
  • Willingness to improve operations.
  • Willingness to acquire knowledge of the medical device business.
  • Experience as a Customer Service or Sales Assistant is preferable.

Skills/Special Training Required

  • Logical Thinking skill.
  • PC skills such as Excel (functions), Word, PowerPoint, etc..
  • Power BI, SQL (Optional).
  • Report writing skill.
