What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of medical projects.

• Define project scope, goals, timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and resource allocation.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, QA, Marketing and operations.

• Manage risks, dependencies, and issues ensuring timely resolution.

• Track and report project progress, milestones and performance metrics to leadership.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

What you need:

Required Qualifications -:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering or Computer Applications.

• 9–11 years of experience.

• Good Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex technology projects.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong skills in project planning tools (Microsoft Project, Jira or similar).

• Experience managing project risks, budgets, and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications -:

• PMP certification & experience with Agile / Scrum frameworks.
