The Role

Join Stryker’s Upper Extremities business and take ownership of a Sydney territory. You’ll drive growth across public and private hospitals, build deep surgeon relationships, and be a trusted presence in theatre supporting shoulder and upper limb procedures.

This role suits a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys accountability, autonomy, and winning in a competitive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver sales targets through disciplined territory planning and execution
• Build strong surgeon and hospital relationships
• Provide expert, reliable support in theatre
• Grow adoption across an implant‑led portfolio
• Manage pricing, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team

What You’ll Bring

Required

• 3+ years Territory Management or B2B sales experience with results
• Strong commercial mindset and territory ownership
• Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders
• Resilience, drive, and accountability

Preferred

• Medical Device / Pharma / Life Sciences experience
• Understanding of Australian hospital systems
• Comfortable working in operating theatres
