What you will do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic accounts and driving sustainable business growth by developing high-level relationships and tailored solutions. You will work cross-functionally to align commercial strategies, strengthen customer partnerships, and ensure long-term account performance.

Manage a portfolio of strategic company accounts, ensuring consistent performance and growth.

Develop and implement solutions with customers to enhance product competitiveness and outcomes.

Build and maintain senior-level and C-suite relationships to drive market expansion.

Partner with multiple business units to align account strategies and support stabilization and growth initiatives.

Define, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales success.

Lead the development and execution of short-, medium-, and long-term account strategies.

Build long-term relationships with strategic clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs.

Ensure achievement of account budgets while supporting all business units across Colombia.
What you will need Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles.

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing C-suite stakeholders and strategic or corporate accounts.

English proficiency at B2–C1 level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced).
Preferred:
- Experience in medical device companies.
