The Role

Join Stryker’s Joint Replacement business and take ownership of the Sydney, NSW territory. You’ll drive growth across public and private hospitals, build strong surgeon partnerships, and be a trusted, credible presence in theatre supporting hip and knee replacement procedures.

This role suits a commercially driven Territory Manager who thrives on accountability, territory ownership, and delivering results in a competitive market.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver sales targets through disciplined territory planning and execution

• Build long‑term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders

• Provide expert, reliable in‑theatre support across Joint Replacement procedures

• Grow usage across an implant‑led portfolio

• Manage pricing, tenders, contracts, and pipeline opportunities

• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team

What You’ll Bring

Required

• 3+ years Territory Management or B2B sales experience with a strong track record

• Commercial mindset with end‑to‑end territory ownership

• Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders

• Resilience, accountability, and drive to win

Preferred

• Medical Device / Pharma / Life Sciences experience

• Knowledge of Australia’s public and private hospital systems

• Confidence working in operating theatres
