What you will do:

• Own Test Lab strategy, operations, utilization, and continuous improvement.
• Lead infrastructure, equipment lifecycle, maintenance, calibration, and compliance.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Operations, Finance, and Regulatory to support development, validation, and sustaining engineering.
• Manage Cap Ex/Op Ex, vendors, AMCs, cost optimization, and productivity initiatives.
• Establish KPIs for uptime, reliability, cost, and performance; ensure zero unplanned downtime.
• Build, lead, and develop multi‑level teams with full people and financial accountability.
• Present performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
• Partner with divisional R&D teams and other stake holders to identify strategic opportunities and build competency around those in increasing the Lab utilization.
• Develop and execute Test Lab strategy aligned with R&D and business priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years in Med Tech / Manufacturing / Engineering Labs; 7+ years leading teams.
• Strong financial acumen and regulatory knowledge (FDA, ISO 13485/14971).
• Lean Six Sigma expertise preferred.
