Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Global Executive Marketing team creates experiences for the executive audience that build advocacy and trust, strengthen relationships, and generate revenue. We understand the executive audience and create content and experiences to programmatically reach them, helping Stripe attract, grow, and retain our most strategic users. The team is composed of three functional groups - 1/ Executive Briefings, 2/ Executive Programs and 3/ Executive Content - that work together to help users learn more about Stripe and discover new areas for collaboration.

What you’ll do

As a member of the Executive Briefing team, you will be on the ground floor defining the strategy of our program in EMEA and leading the evolution of our executive briefings in London, which includes our physical Center, as well as remote EBC experiences. You’ll be collaborating with Stripe executives, sales teams, product management and engineering teams across geographies to ensure continuous program innovation and enhanced offerings that allow our team to scale in support of the rapid growth in global commerce.

You will:

  • Evolve our executive briefing motion in London: You will be the main PoC for our executive briefings in London and will lead the charge to advance our strategy. You will build upon the program's foundation and evolve our offerings to exceed the expectations of our customers and key internal stakeholders.

  • Elevate the in-person briefing experience: You will be the face of our executive briefing center (EBC) in our office in London. You will work with workspace and account teams to continuously elevate the experience we are delivering to executives that visit us in the space.

  • Build a trusted relationship with go-to-market teams. You’ll serve as a primary contact and partner to sales teams, provide guidance on executive briefings and manage priorities/expectations at every stage of the customer lifecycle.

  • Design the customization of high-quality executive engagements. You are customer-obsessed and listen closely to our customers to understand their unique challenges. You connect with expert Stripe teams to collaborate and deliver inspiring narratives within our executive engagements. You will customize agendas and ensure briefings run effectively in virtual and in-person settings.

  • Share customer feedback with sales and product teams: You’ll become an expert in the needs of customers and the expectations across the industry, documenting feedback that will influence product strategy and sales priorities.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who will be a great addition to our growing team. It’s not expected that any single candidate would have expertise across all of the areas highlighted below but we’re looking for candidates that are particularly strong in a few areas, and have some interest and capabilities in others.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree (in lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience)

  • 6+ years of executive briefing, consulting or marketing experience, preferably in B2B scenarios. Experience in executive engagement programs, strategic partnerships, sales or sales enablement is a plus

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Leadership, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to produce user-centric engagements

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills

  • Efficient project management experience. You have a strong track record of driving simultaneous projects and multiple initiatives

  • High energy and infectiously optimistic attitude. Works well under pressure, meets tight deadlines and doesn’t get phased by rapidly changing environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the payments, financial technology, or adjacent industries or marketing Fin Tech solutions or marketing to Fin Tech companies

  • Experience managing multiple vendors including catering, swag suppliers, etc

  • Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company or consulting firm

  • Experience working as part of an international team, split across multiple time zones.
