
Finance Specialist
About the role
The VCP Finance Professional has a main priority to partner with various (Commercial / Industrial) Workstreams to ensure there is a P&L impact and proper financial reporting for all initiatives within the Value Creation Program (VCP).
Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough reviews of business cases, assessing financial assumptions, risks, and projected outcomes to ensure credibility and accuracy

Validate initiative savings by analyzing data, verifying cost reductions, and confirming benefits realization against targets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiative planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews

Monitor ongoing performance of VCP initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and corrective action
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification

5+ years of experience in industrial or commercial finance, FP&A, cost management, or a comparable analytical role

Proven experience in business case analysis, financial modeling, and savings validation

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and as a part of a cross-function, matrixed environment
