
Licensing Manager
About the role
-
Manage global licensing programs for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Mopar trademarks

Primarily replica and gaming categories
-
Drive royalty revenue through the production and sale of branded consumer products

Sales forecasting and budget responsibility
-
Partner with agencies to develop strategies identifying opportunities to expand global footprint
-
Work with brand teams to develop products in support of vehicle product actions
-
Collaborate with brand marketing, product planning, and design to support future brand initiatives
-
Develop and expand brand partnerships through licensing and merchandise activations
-
Pitch proposals into brand leadership for approval, based on best-in-class quality and most favorable commercial terms

Build relationships with key licensees to bring licensed products to the retail market

Govern internal compliance and approval process for licensing agreements through cross-functional partners including Operations, Finance and Legal

Maintain tracking on various steps through the licensing deal memo and agreement execution process for all deals

Own the brand protection program managing the defense against counterfeit products globally

Review and approve licensee projects from concept through launch including product development, packaging, and marketing assets
-
Ongoing benchmarking and trend analysis to ensure in-market relevance

Ad-hoc requests as needed
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration

Minimum 5 years of business or brand marketing experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Power point presentation proficiency

Ability to work well with a team and agencies

Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Familiarity with database management
