About the role

Lead the following tasks for assigned programs in NA:

  • Drive resolution to Open Product Development issues. Develop monthly KPI status to target using TTF (Time to Fix) & Percent on-time KPIs

  • Assist in driving resolution to Open Serial Life issues. Develop monthly KPI status to target using TTF (Time to Fix) & Percent on-time KPIs

  • Create Propulsion System KPIs for new programs at required milestones. Collaborate with PHES Engineering & other stakeholders

  • Track “Status to Target” for PHES 3MIS Warranty KPI. Monitor & collaboratively resolve warranty upticks

  • Develop Status to Target visualization including PHES Quality performance Dashboards & Scorecards

  • Foresee roadblocks & escalate topics to preserve status to target integrity on all deliverables

  • Monitor PHES 1MIS Field Early Warranty & Customer Quality Surveys for Emerging Issues

  • Assist PHES Engineering & other stakeholders by providing pertinent quality/warranty info.

  • Regularly monitor SIRIUS for HEPQ Product Development issues & drive issue resolution

  • Drive & document resolution to Lessons Learned. Develop monthly status to target KPIs

  • Collaborate with Stellantis Quality & identify key Lessons Learned to be documented

  • Collaborate, prepare & present following KPI visualization to PRS/PHES leadership

  • Global / Regional & Key Asset Engine Based Scorecard

  • Global/Regional PHES 3MIS Performance Dashboard

  • Global/Regional PHES Dashboard by Function

  • Regional 3MIS PHES Dashboard by Platforms

  • Regional 3MIS PHES Dashboard by Models

  • Active participant in implementing Stellantis Engineering Way Quality Standard

  • Datamine warranty history on emerging/known quality issues & synthesize

  • Follow-up on Change Management roadblocks

  • Any other issues assigned by management

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in Automotive Product Development or Quality

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Tools & Processes (Proactive & Reactive)

  • Proficient in Share Point, Power BI, Excel (Advanced), Power

Point & Problem Solving:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Professional & positive attitude. Able to work under pressure, stay organized & meet deadlines

Preferred Requirements

  • Demonstrated Six Sigma certification

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Automotive Product Development or Quality

  • System / Component knowledge of PHES (HVAC, Fuel, Exhaust, Cooling, Intake)
