In the role the primary responsibilities include:

• Processing bank customers check deposits which includes scanning and transmitting to our vendor Fi Serv daily.

• Placing and verifying stop payment requests.

• General Ledger reconciliation and DDA settlement reconciliation and reporting

• ACH Payment research

• Responding to daily internal client inquiries via branch banking mailbox.

• Assist with answering Branch banking hotline phone. Assisting retirement services customers with check verifications and ACH inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Customer focused, team driven mentality.

• Good Interpersonal skills (Comfortable speaking on to the phone with internal and external customers)

• Good Written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior State Street experience is desired.

• Problem solving and decision-making skills.

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
