Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Sr. Associate reporting directly to manager.

AIS Production Support is seeking an experienced Functional Application Support professional to provide end-to-end support for the ISS application, ensuring stable operations and timely resolution of functional issues. The role requires strong expertise in hedge fund NAV accounting and transfer agency (TA), along with experience supporting financial applications. Responsibilities include solving queries raised by FA & TA operation teams and collaborating with development teams on system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, as well as preparing and executing functional test cases for releases and changes.

It is vital to the company as this role is critical to ensuring the stability and effective functioning of the ISS platform by providing expert functional support, minimizing business disruptions, and enabling accurate hedge fund NAV and transfer agency operations. It serves as a key link between business users, production support, and development teams to support smooth releases and ongoing system reliability.

What you will be responsible for

As a Sr. Associate AIS Production Support- ISS, you will be responsible for below:

 Provide functional support for the ISS application, ensuring timely resolution of user issues

 Manage application incidents and queries received via ticketing systems, email, phone, and automated alerts

 Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technology teams for application-related support and enhancements

 Oversee daily ticket queues, operational tasks, and processes, ensuring effective prioritization and resource utilization in partnership with the Manager

 Ensure compliance with AIS and State Street policies, procedures, and control standards

 Demonstrate consistently high standards of professionalism, accountability, and performance

 Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong customer focus

 Create and maintain clear documentation for processes, configurations, and issue resolutions

 Support cross-training initiatives and provide coverage for additional applications as required

 Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose sustainable, long-term solutions

  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem resolution skills – ability to prove out P&L allocations, management / incentive fees and ROR’s etc.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify effective solutions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technology teams, and external partners
  • Experience performing root cause analysis and driving permanent issue remediation

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in technology, MBA Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience

 Strong functional understanding of investment service applications.

  •  Experience in application support roles, managing incidents, service requests, and enhancements

 Strong understanding of IT service management processes and ticketing tools

  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer-service orientation
  •  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  •  High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail

Work Requirement

  • Candidates must be willing to work across all shifts, including night shift coverage, as required by business needs.
