Your new role As an Investment Portfolio Analysis Expert you will be responsible for:

Performing, reviewing and coordinating daily checks on file deliverables to the clients and investigating discrepancies
-
Taking ownership of the issues resolution, engaging others to gain consensus
-
Monitoring daily processes and internal/external communication, flagging any issues during group discussions or to the manager, suggesting improvements, taking ownership over resolution process

Developing and maintaining relationships with client´s representatives, and internal/external stakeholders to help aid successful delivery of service

Working together with global team members to discuss strategic initiatives and close out issues
-
Maintaining effective communication with colleagues and the managers
-
Adhering to internal procedures and best practices at all times
-
Offering guidance and support to the less experienced members of the team
-
Actively working with other team members to build team spirit to be able to grow as a group

Leading initiatives to strengthen team collaboration and engagement, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Willingness to learn and discover the industry
Education & Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of financial services industry experience: experience in Custody, Middle Office, Fund Administration functions is an asset
-
Customer service or professional experience from a different area than above-listed is acceptable
-
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Work requirements:
- Hybrid role model: required at least 3 days from the office per week
Minimum Salary:
zł87 000 Annual
The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
