Who we are looking for

The Treasury Officer in AIS Middle Office provides hedge funds with fund administration. We’re looking for someone with experience in cash processing / payment applications who can work in a fast-paced environment. Fedwire/SWIFT knowledge is a plus.

What you will be responsible for

As Treasury Officer you will:

  • Full understanding of settlements for generic equities, fixed income, futures, foreign exchange and the related derivative products

  • Hire and train new associates

  • Review associate performance

  • Manage daily process of all applicable clients

  • Review and release client cash and security settlements

  • Interact with prime brokers on material cash and settlement issues and processes

  • Interact with client counterparties on material issues

  • Interact with clients to evaluate service and offerings

  • Participate in investor’s due diligence meetings and audit reporting

  • Launch new clients and funds in Treasury system applications

  • Contribute procedural requirements for new products and market regulations

  • Implement system enhancements and perform business unit acceptance testing for Treasury user applications

  • Ensure self and team complies with risk, regulation and compliance programs and applicable laws and regulatory requirements

  • Review end of day management reports and resolve outstanding issues

  • Sign off on end of day process and check lists

  • During the course of normal day to day operation, responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures.

Salary Range:

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
