Why this role is important to us

The team you will be joining is part of Global Technology Solutions (GTS), a function that is vital to State Street as it enables the delivery of high‑quality data and insights to our business partners and clients. This role ensures that enterprise data products are rolled out in a structured, scalable, and governed manner, supporting front‑office decision‑making and measurable business outcomes.

What you will be responsible for

As the Vice President, Client Data Product Enablement, you will:

  • Partner closely with Product, Technology, Data, Client Service, Relationship Management, Security, and Risk teams to align rollout execution with enterprise standards and governance
  • Oversee rollout waves across portfolios and regions, managing dependencies, risks, and readiness through rolling‑wave release planning
  • Ensure continuity of service for existing users during rollout and enhancement cycles, minimizing disruption while scaling adoption
  • Own and evolve the enterprise enablement operating model for data and analytics products, ensuring scalability, consistency, and transparency
  • Maintain strong governance around access, entitlements, and usage as adoption scales
  • Establish structured feedback loops and adoption insights to inform backlog prioritization and roadmap decisions
  • Articulate product value through adoption metrics, qualitative insights, and executive‑ready narratives

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

  • Proven leadership in enterprise product enablement and adoption for complex data and analytics platforms
  • Experience designing and executing phased rollout strategies, including readiness assessments and post‑go‑live stabilization
  • Strong stakeholder influence and partnership across Product, Technology, Data, Security, and Front‑Office functions
  • Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear, role‑based user journeys for Client Service, Relationship Management, and executive audiences
  • Working knowledge of access and entitlement governance, including role‑based access models and Sail Point‑based provisioning
  • Strong operational risk awareness, balancing scale, speed, and control in regulated enterprise environments
  • Ability to synthesize adoption insights and user feedback, distinguishing access, data quality, and usability concerns

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 9 years of experience in the financial services industry, technology business, data, analytics, or enterprise technology delivery
  • Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale user rollout, enablement, or adoption initiatives across multiple portfolios or regions
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics products, and front‑office use cases in regulated or highly governed environments
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, balancing vision with accountability for outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior business and technology leaders
